Nelar is continually looking for volunteers. We need people who can give their time as fosterers or as fundraisers. If you are able to help out, or you want to come and shake a bucket at fundraising events, then get in touch.
Without new volunteers it will be difficult to keep Nelar going into the future.
Fosterers – people who can provide a temporary home for a rescue cat(s). All food costs and vet bills are met by Nelar.
Fundraisers – people who can help raise funds through putting on small events eg coffee mornings, name cards etc.
Event volunteers – helping to set up and run collection days, plant sales, table top sales.
Nelar members – subscription of just £5 per year.
Ebayers or internet shoppers who can raise monies at no cost to themselves.
Ideally, Nelar would like to have a full/part-time fundraising officer who would coordinate the fundraising activities and look for new sources of funds.
